You will work with seasoned bankers on client projects, perform credit analyses, and rotate through markets, products, and functions while building a professional network and bank-wide understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience through school, at work and/or in the community

Responsibilities

• Partner with seasoned commercial bankers on client projects, deal analysis and credit evaluations.
• Rotate across key business areas to build understanding of bank operations.
• Engage with leaders through mentorship sessions, roundtables and learning projects.
• Grow your network by representing the bank at business and community functions.
• Develop expertise in analyzing financial statements, assessing credit requests, and preparing credit information.
• Own growth by leveraging experience and performance to secure a permanent placement.
