You will assist customers in selecting pieces, share product knowledge, and guide them through the steps to close a sale, while representing the Comfort Compass approach.

• Excellent sales and design experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting or exceeding daily and monthly store GOAL by team selling.
• Execute the Comfort Compass process with every customer.
• Enter all prospect information daily into the CRM (Door Counts / Trackwell).
• Review daily goal analysis and know today’s sales GOAL.
