Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales consultant to create customers for life by guiding customers through the furniture selection and design process. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, collaborating with the team to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service.

Role requires comfort with product knowledge, CRM documentation, and a proactive approach to follow-ups, including handwritten thank-you notes to non-buying customers. Evening/holiday availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Approachable and friendly style with customers.
• Excellent sales and design experience.
• Ability to promote enthusiasm within the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting/exceeding daily and monthly store GOAL by team selling.
• Execute the Comfort Compass process with every customer.
• Maintain CRM notes and prospect information daily.
• Complete Comfort Guides for at least 50% of clients with 5 items.
