Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Buford, GA seeks a Sales Consultant to create customers for life by delivering exceptional service and guiding customers through the furniture buying process. You will leverage product knowledge to recommend pieces, build relationships, and contribute to the store's goals.

You will participate in team selling, complete required training, and maintain CRM notes. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sales and design experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting daily and monthly store GOAL through team selling.
• Execute Comfort Compass process with every customer.
• Maintain CRM entries in Door Counts/Trackwell daily.
• Attend training and follow company policies and procedures.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries per procedures.
