CITY HOME in Tamarac, FL is hiring Sales Associates to join our family-spirited CITY HOME team. You’ll be helping customers design spaces they’ll love, presenting a range of furniture and services, and guiding clients through the sales process.

With an established training program and strong support from leaders, you’ll have the tools to succeed and grow. This role offers uncapped commission, with earnings potential well into six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Evenings and weekends availability for a full-time schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Engage and present various furnishings and services.
• Navigate large showrooms and stand for 8 hours.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests in finding financing options.
• Convert interactions into sales.
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries.
• Prospect and manage accounts.
• Keep showroom neat for a welcoming experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
