CITY Furniture, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in a commission-driven role with uncapped earning potential. After the first year, expected earnings start at a minimum of $65K and can reach $200K+, depending on performance.

Training programs, in-store support, and a strong team lead to personal and financial growth. Responsibilities include helping guests design homes, presenting furnishings and financing options, and maintaining showroom quality.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (full-time, 40 hours).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• You’ll use an iPad for training, transactions, financing apps, and inventory checks.
• Ability to guide customers throughout large showrooms and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they’ll love.
• Present furniture and services options to customers.
• Navigate large showrooms and stay on your feet 8 hours daily.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process.
