Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand furniture needs and demonstrate store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Provide personalized recommendations and suggest complementary products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Utilize store technology to complete orders and assist customers in envisioning suitable products.
• Participate in product knowledge training through technology and vendor partnerships.
• Deliver high-level customer service and resolve issues, including exchanges and delivery problems.
• Maintain contact with customers through pre- and post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
