Macy’s Inc. is seeking a Furniture Sales Colleague (Big Ticket) to create exceptional shopping experiences in the Furniture department.

You will build relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and help customers find furniture solutions while meeting sales goals and promoting protection plans. You will support inventory and fulfillment, use technology to visualize purchases and place orders, and stay current on product training to guide customers confidently through the process from inquiry

Formación

• 1–2 years of related sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn product information and explain benefits to customers.
