Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills required.
• Ability to learn product catalogs and upholstery offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting or exceeding daily and monthly store GOAL by team selling.
• Execute the Comfort Compass process with every customer.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and update customer records.
