CITY Furniture, Inc. is hiring Sales Associates in Wesley Chapel, FL. You’ll help guests design homes, present furnishings and services, and guide customers through the sales process in a large showroom environment.

In this commission-driven role with an uncapped earning potential, you’ll build relationships, assist with financing options, and manage invoices and deliveries. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High-School Degree or GED is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; 40 hours a week.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Comfort using an iPad for training, transactions, financing, and inventory checks.
• Ability to guide customers through showroom experiences for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Engage and present various home furnishings and service options.
• Navigate large showrooms and stay on your feet 8 hours a day.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options.
