Broad River Retail is seeking a Furniture Prep & Assemble Trainee to join our Operations Team at the Fort Mill site. The role involves unpacking, assembling, inspecting, and documenting furniture to ensure top-quality products before delivery to customers.

Ideal candidates will follow detailed assembly instructions, safely operate small power tools and hand tools, and collaborate with teammates. Physical effort includes lifting up to 75 pounds and working in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Follow a detailed set of assembly instructions.
• Safely use small power tools and hand tools.
• Safely use tools and box cutters.
• Stand, walk, and crouch for an entire shift.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and assemble furniture in an organized manner.
• Inspect furniture for damages.
• Exercise proper product handling techniques.
• Lift and move products up to 75 pounds with or without assistance.
• Document complete work according to procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
