Barletta Boats in Bristol, IN seeks a Production Team Member – Furniture Build-Prep to prepare and install furniture on boats with a focus on safety and accuracy. You will read prints, use hand tools and production equipment, and ensure finishing work meets quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and physical tasks are required, with PPE provided in a clean indoor setting.

About the Role

The Production Team Member – Furniture Build-Prep plays a key role by ensuring that furniture and fixtures are prepared and installed safely and efficiently on the boats.Attention to detail isimperative.
