Job summary

Barletta Boats in Bristol, IN is seeking a Production Team Member – Furniture Build-Prep to ensure furniture and fixtures are prepared and installed safely and efficiently on boats. Detail orientation is imperative.

Responsibilities include inspecting furniture, reading prints, using hand tools and production equipment, and meeting daily goals in a fast-paced environment with a strong safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal).
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

About the Role
