About The Role

The Production Team Member – Furniture Build-Prep plays a key role by ensuring that furniture and fixtures are prepared and installed safely and efficiently on the boats.Attention to detail isimperative.

What You’ll Do

• Perform quality inspections onfurniture before and after.
• Ability to read prints and measuring devices.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work.
• Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
• Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
