Job summary

Barletta Boats in Bristol, IN, is seeking a Production Team Member – Furniture Build-Prep. You will ensure furniture and fixtures are prepared and installed safely and efficiently on boats, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the process.

The role requires reading prints, using hand tools and production equipment, and maintaining high production standards in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals and uphold safety practices across shifts.

About the Role

The Production Team Member – Furniture Build-Prep plays a key role by ensuring that furniture and fixtures are prepared and installed safely and efficiently on the boats. Attention to detail is imperative.

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
• Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
