Job summary

The Inspection Operator at ThermTech - Heat Treating Specialists is responsible for verifying products meet customer requirements, identifying nonconformities, and documenting issues while maintaining compliance with ThermTech's Quality Management System.

You will work with production team members, follow schedules, and inspect parts, ensuring proper packaging and handling. 12‑hour shifts in Waukesha, WI; wage $20.00‑$28.00 per hour; opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedules & process work to exceed customer expectations.
• Utilize the hot list & priority list for products.
• Perform daily walk through with prior shift for verification of testing instruments.
• Safe & efficient operation of all equipment within the Inspection Department Cell.
• Learn proper testing locations based off of work instructions or part configuration.
• Assist in developing appropriate inspection techniques where required.
• Counting & identifying parts prior to inspection for verification of specific orders.
