Job summary

Peoplelink, LLC is seeking candidates for a Production role in Kendallville, IN. This position covers 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am) with a pay rate of $18 per hour on a contract-to-hire basis. No diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities include assembling products or components, rotating tasks, conducting quality inspections, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean workspace. Weekly pay and benefits are available through Peoplelink.

Qualifications

• No diploma or GED required.
• Lift 20–60 lbs.
• Must stand, bend and stoop for full shifts.
• Must work well in teams.
• Physical workload is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
