Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Machine Operators for a Portage, IN facility. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with weekly pay and long-term employment.

You will operate and monitor production and packaging machines, perform setup and changeovers, and ensure quality and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining cleanliness and paperwork

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (food production a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines.
• Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Complete daily paperwork and production documentation.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and inspections.
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards.
