Job summary

Aerotek in Burlington, NJ is seeking high level electrical and mechanical assemblers for a contract-to-hire role at our Rancocas, NJ site. The position is on site, with Monday–Friday shifts from 5:00am to 3:30pm, and a pay range of $20.00–$28.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electrical assembly or related trades (HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, carpentry or concrete finishing). You will read blueprints, assemble components, and build control panels per specs while working

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related trades (HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, carpentry, or concrete finishing) preferred.
• Experience with interpreting blueprints and specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, break down, repair, and assemble products using hand and power tools.
• Mechanical assembly to fit components into cabinets.
• Assemble and fit pipes in heating and cooling systems with measurement, cutting, and threading.
• Interpret blueprints & Specifications to assemble.
• Assemble coils by attaching supports, sandblasting, applying epoxy or adhesive, and wrapping coils.
• Perform mechanical assembly of components into cabinets, following drawings or pictures.
• Conduct wire assembly and point-to-point wiring, using diagrams and installing wire harnesses.
• Build control panels to customer specifications, including installing wire channels and additional hardware.
• Work independently in a paint booth to mask, prep, and spray coils and furnaces.
• Perform mechanical assembly of systems and subsystems, including measuring, cutting, bending, and threading pipe.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
