Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner to connect families with prepaid funeral planning services through Connell Funeral Home. You’ll build relationships, qualify leads, and close pre-set appointments while earning commissions with no earnings cap.

You’ll operate with independence, setting your own schedule and leveraging Proactive Preneed marketing resources and regional incentive programs to grow your earnings while serving your community.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
