Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, and accounts payable experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic office equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions: AR collections, AP payments, cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain petty cash and track CEAs and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll-related paperwork and HR administrative tasks.
• Prepare and file routine funeral/cemetery and internal reports.
• Ensure SOX, DU, IVT trainings and audits are understood and followed.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, and installation of memorials and caskets.
