Talentify is seeking an Operations & Accounting Manager for our funeral home, cemetery, and crematory operation in Beaumont, CA. You will oversee the accounting function, manage cash flow, and coordinate daily administrative tasks to support location performance.

This role requires solid bookkeeping experience, strong communication, and the ability to maintain confidential information. Hours reflect standard and occasional overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of computers, MS Office, e-mail, internet and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable collections.
• Verifications and payments of accounts payable invoices.
• Cash handling and bank deposits.
• Maintain petty cash and disburse per policy.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare reports.
• Coordinate office supplies and inventories.
• Support HR and payroll processes.
