Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical diploma in Funeral Services or Mortuary Science preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science or relevant field as required by state board.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations, communicating expectations, delegating workload, and prioritizing to meet annual goals.
• Review schedules to ensure on-time services and customer satisfaction; handle escalated issues.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and adherence to P&L targets with leadership alignment.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and staff development to build a strong team.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and company policies.
