The role requires a strong background in funeral services, people management, and financial stewardship, with a focus on compliance, quality control, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical diploma in Funeral Services or Mortuary Science preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science or other degree as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a single Funeral Home location and staff.
• Develop annual business plan and budget; achieve financial, production and revenue goals.
• Lead staff development, monitor performance, and ensure client families are served with empathy and professionalism.
