Qualifications

• 2-3 years funeral sales management experience preferred.
• Texas Life insurance license preferred.
• 1-3 years experience as a Family Service Professional or Advanced Planning Professional preferred.
• Strong communication with grieving families and stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coach Family Service Professionals and/or Advanced Planning Professionals on customer service and sales skills.
• Manage scheduling, lead distribution, follow up and other sales team activities.
• Generate sales leads through community engagement and networking; coordinate group seminars.
• Assist in developing the annual location pre-need sales budget and ensure goals are met.
• Ensure 24-hour response to customer complaints and teach teams to convert complaints into opportunities.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with sales guidelines and regulations.
