UMB Bank is seeking a Securities Services Operations Associate to support the Trust Operations team in processing wires and transfers for mutual fund clients. The role focuses on money market transfers, client inquiries, and ensuring accurate fund movements across accounts.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you will help reconcile transfers, assist with wire reviews, and participate in cross-training for coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial services experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Process money market and mutual fund wires and ACH transfers for UMB clients.
• Provide clear communication to clients and partners to ensure accurate transfers.
• Assist with wire reviews and reconciliations; support team with back-up duties as needed.
• Contribute to a positive client experience and a collaborative team environment.
