UMB, a leading financial services company, is seeking a senior operations leader for the Bond Transfer Agency. The role focuses on managing multiple processing units, providing guidance to teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality daily processing while maintaining controls and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, stay current with industry advances, and contribute to strategic plans to support growth with internal business partners.

Qualifications

Ten years of experience in managing a Trust operations or Securities processing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsabilités

Manage multiple securities processing units, providing guidance and direction to achieve daily processing objectives with effective controls.
Ensure staff have tools, information, and training to perform duties.
Develop and review Performance Objectives and Individual Development plans for associates and team managers.
