• 1+ years of Funds Transfer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Review wire transfer agreements to ensure documents are completed and wired correctly.
• Input confidential data into wire system to verify initiation of wire transfers.
• Maintain customer accounts to ensure efficient wire system operation.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding wire documents.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve positive outcomes.
