Job summary

Frost, a long-standing Texas banking leader, seeks a Wealth Advisors Operations Specialist II to serve as the first contact for clients of Frost Wealth Advisors. You will manage trust accounts, resolve complex issues, and coordinate cross‑team activities with a focus on accuracy and trust.

You will review accounts, prepare daily reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold Frost’s values of integrity, care, and excellence in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in trust account administration, operations, or custody management.
• Knowledge of securities including bonds and dividends.
• Understanding of regulations governing trust and institutional custody.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain trust accounts and handle routine contributions, distributions, and transfers.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client issues within Wealth Advisors operations.
• Provide timely, accurate information to clients with strong written and verbal communication.
• Coordinate account activities across teams and fulfill client needs.
• Create and review daily account activity reports from multiple systems.
• Conduct account reviews to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate integrity, care, and excellence in all interactions.
