Frost Bank in Texas seeks a Customer Service Specialist to be the customers' first line of support from a 24/7 contact center. You will answer calls, identify issues, and partner with different lines of business to fulfill requests. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and relevant banking experience.

You’ll complete a 4-week Telephone Customer Service training, then join a multi-week development program. After training, your permanent schedule will be set with your recruiter.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, research accounts, and fulfill requests.
• Partner with other lines of business to find the best solution for each customer.
• Manage competing priorities to meet customer needs accurately and efficiently.
