Job summary

Bloomberg seeks a Funds Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for public funds. You will work with Engineering and Data teams to build scalable data models and APIs that connect funds, share classes, managers, and holdings.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to deliver solutions across fund research, screening, portfolio construction, and risk analytics for hedge, asset manager, and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in funds or investment workflows.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds and ETF workflows and fund data.
• Experience building data products, platforms, or APIs used by investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Bloomberg’s public funds.
• Identify and prioritize data gaps across funds, share classes, managers, and holdings.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams on scalable data models and APIs.
• Build and maintain a roadmap with phased MVPs balancing impact and complexity.
• Ensure funds are usable across Bloomberg workflows (research, screening, and portfolio construction).
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to support clients and attract new users.
