Job summary

Bloomberg seeks a Funds Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for Bloomberg’s public funds, shaping data models, taxonomy, and discoverability across funds, share classes, managers, and holdings.

You will lead data-driven roadmaps, collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to deliver fund research, screening, benchmarking, and risk analytics capabilities, driving client value and market adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or relevant experience in public funds, asset management, financial data, or investment workflow products.
• Strong knowledge of asset owner and fund investor workflows and relationships with asset managers, consultants, distributors, and other market participants.
• Understanding of mutual fund and ETF workflows including research, comparison, portfolio construction, exposure analysis, performance evaluation, risk analysis, and ongoing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Bloomberg’s public funds and ensure usability across Bloomberg workflows.
• Identify and prioritize critical data gaps across funds, share classes, managers, holdings, benchmarks, fees, flows.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams on scalable data models and APIs; build a phased MVP roadmap.
