Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a professional to support day-to-day financial and compliance operations for mutual funds, ETFs, and related clients.

You will coordinate with investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys and auditors to monitor budgets, fees and expenses and prepare financial statements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 1–2 years of experience, with strong MS Office skills and an understanding of SEC/GAAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• One to two years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory and accounting principles affecting mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for fund clients and coordinate communications with service providers.
• Monitor fund budgets, fees and expenses; prepare and review financial statements for shareholders; ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
