Harvest Events is seeking an Entry-Level Fundraising Representative for full-time, on-site work in the Charlotte Metro area. You will support nonprofit campaigns by engaging attendees, communicating partner missions, and encouraging contributions.

Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, interacting with attendees, collecting donor information, and meeting fundraising targets. Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of fundraising or non-profit work.
• Ability to work on-site in the Charlotte Metro area, including evenings or weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Experience in events, hospitality, retail, or outreach is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
