Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years CRM/database management experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with strong data storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead CHA's donor CRM and fundraising systems as primary administrator.
• Maintain data integrity, reporting standards, and user adoption.
• Provide training, support, and process documentation.
• Manage gift processing, acknowledgments, pledges, and donor records.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
