Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management or related field.
• 2–3 years of development or advancement operations experience preferred.
• Experience in an independent school environment preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel; interest in databases.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Advancement Office, including scheduling and file organization.
• Prepare reports and donor materials while tracking deadlines and follow-up.
• Maintain donor, prospect, alumni, parent, and event records in Veracross; resolve data discrepancies.
• Draft emails and communications; coordinate events and donor communications.
• Support capital campaign activities with materials and scheduling.
• Collaborate with directors and staff; maintain confidentiality.
