Job summary

Cerberus Capital Management LP, based in New York, seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Sales Operations team. You will analyze fund and investment performance, develop fundraising materials, and craft high-quality marketing and investor responses.

You will coordinate across stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and support capital formation efforts. The role emphasizes industry knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of fundraising materials
• Participate with product management and investment teams to market the firm’s funds and strategies
• Respond to investor requests for information as part of the fundraising process
• Lead structured and organized DDQ and RFP processes that incorporate stakeholder inputs and adhere to strict deadlines while writing tailored, persuasive, and high-quality responses
• Utilize the firm’s tools and databases as well as collaborate with teams across the organization to craft well positioned and customized responses
• Review and comprehend extensive data sets and synthesize information into concise and relevant points
• Develop a strong knowledge of the firm’s strategies, investment approach and operational/support functions to effectively respond to prospective investor requests
