Founders First Capital Partners is seeking a Capital Markets Associate/Senior Associate to drive debt, equity, and catalytic capital fundraising. You will manage investor diligence, build financial models, update datarooms, and coordinate close processes with legal and compliance.

The role also focuses on expanding outreach to RIAs, wealth managers, and OCIOs while reporting to senior leadership. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Department Head, gaining broad exposure to capital formation

Formación

• Three to seven years of professional experience in investment banking, investor relations, capital formation, wealth management, or related financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking ability.
• Highly organized with proven project management skills to handle multiple processes and deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage investor diligence and responses across Finance, Impact Lending, and Marketing teams.
• Drive fund-level financial modeling and investor-facing positioning.
• Maintain, update, and improve dataroom materials for investor access.
• Collaborate with CEO and Department Head on structuring future funds and launches.
• Lead new investor subscriptions and closings with legal, KYC/AML coordination.
• Develop fundraising verticals focused on RIAs, wealth managers, and OCIO firms.
• Develop outreach strategies and cultivate prospects through warm introductions.
• Maintain investor reporting, regulatory notices, and balance of clarity and accuracy.
