Cerberus Capital Management is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for their Sales Operations (Investor & Fund Reporting) team in New York. This role focuses on supporting fundraising through investor reporting and analytics.

Ideal candidates have over 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, along with advanced skills in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel. The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analysis, alternative investments, fund/investor reporting, or similar experience.
• Ability to manipulate, validate, and analyze large, complex data sets.
• Strong knowledge across alternative investment strategies including credit, private equity, and real estate.
• Understanding of fund and portfolio performance metrics and complex fee structures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of accounting concepts and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising activities by preparing materials for prospective investors.
• Serve as a key partner to Marketing and Investor Relations.
• Develop, maintain, and interpret firmwide track record and performance materials.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, investor-ready narratives.
• Own end-to-end production of fund-level performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate deliverables.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide financial analysis.
• Validate models and lead strategic projects.
