Job summary

You will manage CRM, draft grants, steward donors, coordinate campaigns, and support monthly reporting and board updates, while upholding accuracy and compliance in a busy development team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising efforts, including major gifts or grants.
• Healthcare or hospital-based nonprofit experience preferred.
• Experience in public speaking and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Enter gifts, pledges, and donor interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare grant applications and track reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate direct mail and digital fundraising appeals.
• Support donor events and recognition activities.
• Prepare monthly development and board reports.
• Maintain organized donor files and fundraising analytics.
