Job summary

St. Jude's Ranch for Children is seeking an Development & Events Coordinator to support fundraising, donor engagement, and major events. You will coordinate donor acknowledgments, maintain CRM records, assist with campaigns, and help plan community events.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and flexibility for evenings/weekends. You will collaborate with sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to advance the organization's mission and ensure donor satisfaction

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in nonprofit/communications/marketing or related field preferred.
• Two+ years fundraising, event coordination, nonprofit administration, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases/CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor acknowledgment and stewardship activities, including letters and communications.
• Maintain donor and sponsor records in the CRM database.
• Assist with donor cultivation, campaigns, sponsorship tracking, and fulfillment.
• Prepare fundraising reports, donor lists, and event documentation.
• Identify prospective donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, donor recognition events, and volunteer activities.
• Assist event planning, timelines, budgets, registrations, sponsorship fulfillment, and vendor management.
• Provide onsite event support and manage event materials, signage, and attendee communications.
• Represent the organization at community events and develop partnerships to support fundraising.
