Job summary

American Technion Society in the New York Metro Region is seeking a Fundraising Data Specialist to optimize donor data in Raiser's Edge and Engaging Networks. You will collaborate with major gifts officers and staff to identify opportunities to leverage data to advance the mission, with hybrid in-person work three days a week.

The role emphasizes data hygiene, reporting, dashboards, and supporting Gift Administration during peak periods, coordinating with Database Services to maintain accurate

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis and reporting, preferably in Raiser's Edge.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Advanced knowledge of Raiser's Edge and Excel is a plus.
• Ability to document policies and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the project manager for our ticketing system and ensure timely responses.
• Own all Raiser's Edge requests including updating biographical data and codes.
• Sync Engaging Networks data with Raiser's Edge for consistency.
• Create and implement regular mass data hygiene updates with stakeholders.
• Design reports, queries, and dashboards to support donor stewardship and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Development team to improve processes and efficiency.
