Job summary

New York Common Pantry is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to maintain our donor database and support fundraising operations. This on-site role emphasizes data integrity, gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and multi-department collaboration.

You will work with Raiser's Edge NXT, generate regular reports, and help ensure accurate donor records while supporting a fast-paced nonprofit environment in New York City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in fundraising operations, donor database management, or related nonprofit administration.
• Strong proficiency in Raiser’s Edge/NXT and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Classy/GoFundMePro, and Omatic Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Process gifts, pledges, and payments; track pledge reminders.
• Create donor acknowledgments reflecting the organization's mission.
• Generate and update reports (Gift Detail, Major/VIP, Board Give/Get).
• Coordinate data quality efforts and support data-related projects across departments.
