Job summary

Greater Cleveland Food Bank is seeking a data and philanthropy professional to provide analytics support for Development/Philanthropy teams. You will manage dashboards, reconcile with finance, handle data requests, budgeting, and forecasting, and assist with gift processing as needed.

The role focuses on driving strategic donor engagement, improving reporting processes, and supporting year-end and event-related fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 3 years of fundraising CRM system experience or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with reporting, maintaining, and/or analyzing fundraising data.
• Power BI and/or Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver reports, dashboards, and donor analytics to support fundraising metrics.
• Assist Sr Manager, Data and Philanthropy Operations with quarterly and annual Feeding America reporting and other projects.
• Maintain existing dashboards and reports in Raiser's Edge and PowerBI, update as needed, troubleshoot issues.
