Greater Cleveland Food Bank in Ohio is seeking a data and philanthropy analyst to support development teams with dashboards, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and donor analytics.

You will maintain Raiser’s Edge and Power BI reports, assist with Feeding America reporting, and help ensure accuracy for audits and annual campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent fundraising CRM experience.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and donor data management.
• Power BI and/or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver dashboards and donor analytics for fundraising metrics.
• Support quarterly and annual Feeding America reporting and other projects.
• Maintain and update dashboards/reports in Raiser’s Edge and Power BI; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate budgeting and revenue forecasting with frontline fundraisers and leadership.
