Job summary

Unite America seeks a Data Analyst to partner with fundraising leadership on data, reporting, and lightweight infrastructure. You will develop recurring reports, dashboards, data pulls, data-quality checks, and operational analyses to illuminate pipeline health, performance, forecasts, and team metrics.

Denver-based candidates are preferred; remote options are considered with travel. You will also build pragmatic tools and work toward a resilient data ecosystem integrated with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in fundraising operations or related analytical roles.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding skills for leadership and frontline users.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data, reports, exports, and related records.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills and ability to clean messy exports.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for fundraising pipeline and revenue forecasting.
• Pull, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and adjacent systems.
• Serve as the first-line data partner for Salesforce reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Translate fundraising questions into metrics, definitions, and usable tools.
