Ideal candidates have 2+ years in money handling in a customer-facing role, with strong pattern recognition and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling money in a customer service or client-facing setting.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state licenses if required.
• Proven ability to recognize patterns, address discrepancies and apply effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Secure funds from relevant parties to resolve shortages.
• Maintain compliance with money-out role including annual training and background checks.
• Collaborate across business units and independently research to complete tasks.
• Investigate shortages and overages to identify root causes and solutions.
• Adhere to SLAs and best practices to manage deadlines.
• Identify trends related to lenders or processes to drive improvements.
• Identify potential fraud risks and mitigate losses.
