Qualificações

• 2 years of experience handling money in a customer service or client-facing setting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state licenses, if required.
• Proven proficiency in recognizing patterns, addressing discrepancies, and applying effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Secure funds from relevant parties to resolve shortages.
• Maintain compliance with all aspects of the money-out role, including training, updated background checks, and licensing.
• Collaborate with various business units and independently conduct research to complete tasks and resolve issues.
• Investigate shortages and overages to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Identify and communicate trends related to lenders or processes to drive upstream improvements and mitigate fraud risks.
