CVS Health is seeking a Funding Management Analyst to oversee supplier funding programs for Front Store Merchandising. You will partner with Category Management and Finance to forecast funding, analyze profitability, and deliver insights for P&L objectives.

You will develop forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc reports while ensuring policy compliance and process improvements across funding activities. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, merchandising, category analytics, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to business leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage vendor funding activities for assigned categories, including calculations, billing, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze supplier allowance trends and provide recommendations to optimize category profitability.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Partner with Category Management and cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions and solve complex business challenges.
• Prepare and present financial insights, recommendations, and performance updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of funding management processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
