Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Funding Management Analyst to oversee supplier funding programs for Front Store Merchandising categories and provide financial analysis that supports category profitability and business performance.

You will forecast funding, identify risks and opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and support category P&L objectives. This full-time role collaborates with Category Management and Finance to drive improvements and leadership-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, merchandising, category analytics, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to business leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor funding activities for assigned categories, including calculations, billing, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze supplier allowance trends and provide recommendations to optimize category profitability.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Partner with Category Management and cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions and solve complex business challenges.
• Prepare and present financial insights, recommendations, and performance updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of funding management processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
